This cosy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-story bungalow is perfectly located on Clifton’s famous 4th Beach, one of the world’s top beaches. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, an 8-minute walk to Camps Bay, and a 5-minute drive to the city centre, it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.
The home is secure, peaceful, and private, featuring fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room except the third bedroom.
Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all four come with block-out curtains. The spacious lounge is ideal for unwinding, with a sound system that enhances your movie-watching experience.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a filtered water dispenser providing instant hot and cold water. A separate scullery includes a washer and dryer.
The outdoor areas are absolutely amazing, with a private garden perfect for sunbathing or hosting a braai with friends. The gardeners maintain it every second Friday.
Please note that you need to walk down stairs to reach both the house and the garden.
